- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a great experience at this dental office. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist just informed me to come in 15 minutes earlier to my appointment to fill out some new patient paperwork, so maybe they changed their system after reading some disconcerting reviews. The day I came in I met a friendly receptionist who kindly filled out paperwork I required for my job. I did not meet a rude receptionist. The dental technician also was quite nice and cleaned my teeth very well. The icing on the cake was Dr. Moss, who took time out of his busy day to answer my questions on the most appropriate toothpaste to use for sensitive teeth (Sensodyne y'all, not baking soda!). He was also quite informative and even explained to me the structure of the teeth. Now I only came in for a cleaning and checkup so I don't know how his dental work is, but I am sure he would be great at communicating and explaining the procedure. I don't normally review places, but I had to let this dental office have a good review for the great customer service I received.
