- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have had two closings here and two at the one near the city water dept office. This one is by far the least organized. Customer service is lacking. They even taped a correction to my HUD1 and asked me to sign. (Is that even legal?) The employee who helped me on my last closing couldn't explain to me why the taxes were different on the HUD1 provided at closing compared to the one provided to me a day earlier. She got mad at me when I wouldn't sign until I got proper explanation. Then I didn't get they keys to the property until 48 hours later for a house I paid cash for. They said they were busy.
