  The office staff and dentist were extremely rude. At the time my two children were 7 and 1, the oldest had an appointment that day for a cleaning. When I walked in I was told to sign a waiver that I would pay all expenses over what Medicare wouldn't cover. When I said I didn't need that paperwork the secretary interrupted me and said "all people on THAT have to sign or we wont see you." When I told her I wasn't on Medicaid that I had BCBS she then said "Oh, I just assumed because you're so young and with two children and all." Five minutes later while waiting and filling out forms I was then rudely informed by another staff member that my son "had to be in my lap at all times, that they only allow one child per parent in their office and next time I needed to make arrangements." I was shocked. My son was at my feet on his blanket quietly drinking a bottle. My mother, who had come along, was dumb founded too. The woman then told my daughter to come with her. I stood, handed my son to my mother, and started to follow. The woman turned to me and said flatly, "No parents, have a seat." Being so young at the time I didn't know what to do or think. My mom did though. We left.

  I have been seeing Dr.Shellie for several years. He has never been anything but gentle, maticulate and friendly. He has seen me through general dental proceedures all the way to recently extracting my last upper teeth and fitting me with full upper dentures and a partial lower. His staff are proffessional and friendly also. Overall...? I am more than happy...he gave me a new smile....!!! Thank You Dr. Shellie!
